What to expect

Please have your pet’s previous medical records and/or adoption paperwork sent to us prior to your first appointment. You may need to contact your previous veterinarian and ask them to forward the records.

We prefer to receive records by email at info@howellavenuepethospital.com or by fax at 513-221-3496 before your appointment whenever possible.
