A wellness examination is an annual, routine medical examination of a pet who appears healthy. We do this to detect problems early as well as to recieve vaccinations. We also screen for parasites in the feces and health problems that can be detected by bloodwork.
Kitten and puppy visits are usually once a month for multiple visits depending on how many shots they have already had. Make sure to bring in fecal samples before these visits, as intestinal parasites are common in young pets.
